Focus on sustainability, team spirit and regional commitment
Since April, four of our own beehives have been enriching our company premises in Althengstett and bringing new life into our everyday life. A dedicated team of employees from all areas of the company lovingly look after and care for the bee colonies. Our bee-friendly planting creates valuable habitats and actively contributes to biodiversity. The highlight of this year: the first honey harvest yielded an impressive 70 kilograms of delicious honey, which was extracted by our team working together in the honey kitchen of the local beekeepers’ association. Participation in the project often takes place outside of regular working hours and thus strengthens the cross-departmental team spirit. With our bee project, we are sending out a strong signal for sustainability, environmental awareness and regional commitment.
