On February 4, 2026, STRÄHLE + HESS GmbH and Althengstett secondary school officially renewed their long-standing educational partnership. With the signing of the new agreement, both partners reaffirm their common goal of preparing pupils for the career orientation process at an early stage and in a practical manner.
Mr. Bräuning and Ms. Seemann took part in the signing ceremony on behalf of STRÄHLE+HESS. The secondary school was represented by Mr. Eiding and Mr. Merkle (school management) as well as Mr. Schmitz (vocational orientation). In a constructive exchange, both sides emphasized the importance of cooperation for the sustainable promotion of young talent in the region.
The renewed cooperation includes an expanded range of practice-oriented formats. These include regular company tours, where pupils can experience the world of technical textiles and state-of-the-art production processes at first hand. In addition to this, technical experts from STRÄHLE+HESS will be conducting more classroom visits in future to provide insights into professional practice, different training occupations and current developments in the industry.
With this cooperation, STRÄHLE+HESS creates a valuable link between school learning and professional reality. It offers young people guidance, strengthens their skills and opens up new perspectives for their future education and career path. At the same time, the collaboration enables the company to make contact with potential junior staff at an early stage and to promote interest in technical professions.
