STRÄHLE+HESS regularly offers posts for apprentices/students

A range of jobs are available, including

- Production mechanic specialising in textiles
  (requirement: intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Warehouse Operator
  (requirement: good certificate of secondary education or intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Industrial clerk
  (requirement: intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Textile machine/system supervisor 
  (requirement: good certificate of secondary education)
- Textiles laboratory technician
  (requirement: good intermediate school leaving certificate).

It is also possible to follow a dual university course at the DHBW Stuttgart (German system of combined vocational training and degree programme).
